About REZ13
REZ13 is a South Okanagan film production company creating high impact stories bringing us closer to reconciliation between ‘settlers’ and First Nations. Through the filming of stories ranging from humourous and informative, to the unspeakable sadness of intergenerational trauma, we engage and entertain audiences while facilitating healing and bridging the gap for equality.
These are stories from “Indian Country”. As Executive Producer Chief Louie is quoted. “It’s all Indian country.”

Intern Sponsorship
We are currently seeking companies to sponsor two Okanagan First Nations youths for REZ13 collaborations. The objective is to give these youth the opportunity to help shape the stories we are filming, through their unique perspective and vision.
‘Beacons of Light’
The interns will be helping us develop the REZ13 platform to raise the profile of local First Nations people and to develop stories around what matters to them. Internships involve learning about interviewing, social media, filmmaking, branding and a whole lot more …
Read about our first intern, Sterling Peterson (Iniipoka) and view his presentation at COP28 in Dubai as a ‘Ring of Fire Cohort’ representing Indigenous youth. Sterling is a member of the Lower Similkameen Indian Band (LSIB) in the Okanagan.
Aya Eyewear is REZ13’s First Sponsor
We are pleased to announce that Vancouver’s Aya Eyewear with its’ product lines designed by First Nations artists through parent company Claudia Alan Inc, is our first sponsor.
We will be sending out releases about the sponsorship and the companies involved with us on this journey. Stay tuned for updates.
